We will then get back to you with a suggested selling price based upon our opinion of your property’s value. One of the factors in our evaluation will be to consider comparable sales throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. Our thorough knowledge of the market gives us an excellent base from which to determine value. We may make suggestions or recommendations for ways of getting your property and business ready to sell. We will help to alleviate the unknowns in the selling process for you, and once we list your property for sale, you will have the expertise and attention of a staff of four people working to sell your property.
