Wendy's entire working career has been dedicated to the hospitality industry in Vermont. Between 1986 and 1994, she worked in sales and marketing at Basin Harbor Club, a 140 room resort on Lake Champlain owned and operated by the Beach Family for four generations.

For the past twenty years, she has cultivated an excellent reputation throughout Vermont as a business broker focused on selling hospitality properties. She stays abreast of industry trends through her family's resort business and this first hand industry experience helps her to be an informed, realistic business broker.

Over the years, she has cultivated contacts in the lending, appraising, and legal communities. Wendy's candor, professionalism, and integrity are highly valued by her clients and customers.

She lives at Basin Harbor with husband Bob and two children, Merle and Dan. Over the years, she has held several leadership roles in the community serving as board chair for several years on Elderly Services Board of Directors, capital campaign co-chair for Elderly Services, and board member for several years on the Ferrisburgh Central School board. In 2015, she was appointed to the Vermont Real Estate Commission by Governor Shumlin.
